It is extremely important for our technicians to inspect each rug to determine its condition and construction. At this time, we can provide you with an estimate as well as any repair recommendations that may be needed.
After the initial inspection, we decide which of the three dusting methods is best for your style of area rug. The first procedure uses a machine that gently taps the back of the rug to loosen the soil that has become embedded in the knots. The second way uses compressed air applied to the back side of the rug in order to disengage the embedded soil. This pushes the dirt and dust to the front side of the rug so that it can easily be vacuumed out. The third method uses an apparatus called the Turkish Rug Tumbler. This uniquely designed system allows the rugs to gently tumble inside releasing all of the embedded soil. In addition, it also polishes the wool leaving the rug with a soft feel and beautiful sheen.
Executive Rug Cleaning also uses three methods for washing rugs. One is a low moisture process in which the technician conditions both sides of the rug, emulsifying the oily soils so that the rug can be vacuumed. The simulated river washing is the second way to gently clean your rugs. This provides flowing water along with special-formulated solutions to clean and sanitize every rug. The third process is for the heavily soiled rugs in which a brushing system is utilized. These soft bristles agitate the fibers releasing the stains and soil so that it can be rinsed away.
The cleaning expert carefully watches the water as he rinses each rug. He will not stop the soft water rinse until the water running off the rug is clear. This insures us that the rug is thoroughly clean.
We now move the rug to the drying room so that warm, dry air can circulate for 6 to 8 hours. All moisture is pulled out of the rug before the final inspection is done. We closely look at each rug before the valued customer is called for pick up. Our staff know that you will be satisfied with the end results of our cleaning procedure
